Please note: In order to comply with MCR 2.119(A)(2), the Washtenaw County Trial Court has enacted a new policy effective February 20th, 2012, whereby any Motion, or Answer to a Motion filed in domestic relations and civil cases must also provide a "Judge's Copy" at the time of filing.  There will also be a 2 week scheduling period for all Motions in domestic relations and civil cases.  The earliest date that a motion will be scheduled for hearing will be two weeks from the date of the filing of that Motion.  See complete policy here.

Also note: The Trial Court will be closed on Friday, May 25th, (County-designated unpaid Furlough Day), and Monday, May 28th, (Memorial Day Holiday) 2012.
